This home was last updated in the early 90s and then topically updated before the current residents purchase in 2014. This is a redesign of the 7,000 square feet from top to bottom, and a 2,000 sq ft interior expansion. This redesign includes a four story floating central stair case leading to all major regions of the residence. However, the most noticeable might be the exterior hardscaping, which incorporates new pounded earth deck structure on the east end, creating a massive indoor-outdoor basement, built in furniture on north lower deck and of course the infinity-edge pool and spa with extended roof cover.
